We retain user data only as long as necessary to provide our services. Active account data is maintained while you use our platform. Inactive accounts are archived after 12 months and deleted after 24 months. You may request data deletion at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

Participation in Mind to Motion Camp requires parental consent for minors. All participants must complete our digital waiver form before accessing course materials. This includes photo/video release permissions, health and safety acknowledgments, and equipment usage guidelines. Forms are securely signed and stored electronically.
